描画対象の Layer リストは従来通り [.system, .subsystem, .component] の 3 階層に絞っている（既存の衛星例は 3 階層しか埋めていないため）。将来 ECSS 準拠の 7 階層テーブルが必要になったら、この layers リストを 拡張するだけで対応可能。
